Leo Trust Switzerland AG is a leading fiduciary service provider with its headquarters in in the centre of Zurich, Switzerland and has subsidiaries in Lugano, Nicosia and Panama City. Originally founded by Rogelio Tribaldos, former Consul General of the Republic of Panama, Leo Trust Switzerland AG has been serving its clients as market leader since 1980, providing quality service based on competence, trustworthiness, and proactivity.

Our mission is based on connecting our clients’ vision with our expertise. We deliver comprehensive and tailor-made solutions following the careful assessment of our clients’ needs and situation.
Our services to private and institutional clients predominantly include estate planning for entrepreneurs and families, meaning advising, planning, structuring, and administering wealth.

We are strong in corporate formation and administration, compliant reporting competency in relevant jurisdictions, due diligence analyses and corporate and crypto-assets trusteeships services. We also assist international families desirous of relocating themselves and their businesses to Switzerland or another country.
